When I Needed You the Most…

I extremely dislike it when my broadband’s speed is so sluggish akin to stupid.

October 27, 2010, I woke up incredibly early as I have to finish my research and I really truly desperately in need of internet connection! And at this juncture my element is being so useless, worthless, and of no value. This post is not really intended  against globe broadband, I am actually satisfied with its service since I bought it, but this occurrence is not up to standard.

After 38 minutes, the speed turns terrible. The statistics shows plain “i-don’t-know-how-to-describe” graph! It’s actually as if I’m disconnected.

Now, what can I do? What other thing can I get myself into this very early? I cannot any longer go back to bed; it’s not my routine to return to bed when I have done something already. So, I open my playlist and listen to songs randomly. On the other hand, I fancy my hands to be active which usher me to writing this concern! I don’t know, perhaps I just feel like writing and share my feelings to those people whom in one way or another will came across this post and read  this blog.

Again, this is not against globe broadband, I’m still and will be a user of this service. But I hope the management will be able to read this, and I will be very happy if this concern will be acted upon immediately. This happens only this morning of October 27, 2010, previous days were glorious days. And yeah, this is still the best!

Going away with the topic today is the start of our 3-day training in using ICT in teaching! I’ll post another one, a review of the training together my learning and realizations. Perhaps, just perhaps, someone might plan to conduct the same training, hopefully it will be a great help!!

Anyway, at this moment, I can still say “good morning!” and have a wonderful and fruitful day to all.

Which is Which? Training or Practice?

Tomorrow will be a very active daylight hours for me. Last week I've been enlisted once more as a student for the second semester. Now the classes are not yet formally starting but our schedules, fourth year students, have been very frantic by now. The set date for the 3-days seminar/training on ICT for students assigned in i-Schools will begin tomorrow, a training that will educate us the how's of teaching in schools using ICT in teaching.

By the way, I'm a fourth year college student taking up Bachelor of Secondary Education major in physical science. I was assigned to have my practice teaching at Sagrada Familia National High School at Minalabac, Camarines Sur. I'm expecting to teach Chemistry and will probably start on November 15, 2010.

Now, going back to the training, it was actually good news at the start because we desperately need the knowledge to handle a class effectively. Since it will be a 3-days training, I'm afraid I can't attend to my other concerns; table tennis practice is one of them. On November 8, 2010, a week before the start of our off campus is the scheduled start of the annual SCUAA meet that will be held at Bicol University. This will be my last year to attend in the said event and I don't want to miss it. But ten, our coach told us, table tennis players that our training will also start tomorrow. And there everything went wrong! But table tennis trainings will be during afternoons of this week only so I still have my mornings to be at the seminar/training. Come on, there’s no justice in that plan.

I know I have to prioritize what should be prioritized first, which is which?

Hmmm, tomorrow will just arrive; I cannot stop time from moving forward anyway! The best thing to do perhaps is to talk with my coach and excuse myself for the training, it will be my future. I just wish he will permit me; but our goal for this SCUAA is *champion.*

P.S.
Oh wait, it’s 9:30 PM already, I need to eat my dinner. Hahaa!
